Shavon Barnes continued his progression in the 400 metres hurdles by winning the event on Saturday at the National Junior Championships in a new personal best time of 50.81 seconds.
This is his fourth consecutive personal best time for the season and is the third fastest time in the world by a junior athlete this year.
