  2. I’m looking at your 2016 camp for my 14 year old son. He is an athlete that just completed the 2016 CARIFTA games in Genada. He ran both the 200 and 400 meters races. I would like him to attend your camp but i am not too sure what the program is about. Can i get some information on the areas that will be covered.? Thanks

      The main aim of the summer camp programme is to develop or improve on bio-motor skills. This would include technique, coordination, strengtheneing etc.

  4. Hi, my son has been invited on a trip to run at the stadium I belive June 22 and 23, i am very interested in sending him to the 2016 summer camp. My main concern is my son is 10 years old, i know thier is a hotel or venue nearby for parents to stay at. My question is that, will the parents have any access to the facility to watch my child train or run on the track . I know I’m over protective I just like to be nearby in case anything happens. Especially if the training involves time trail and block training.

    I am a head coach of sprinters sports club from India , I would like to send my athletes to your summer camp ,can i get entire details about it , as my athletes is advance level ,they are sprinting at national level in India , their bio-motor skills is 60-70% developed ,so accordingly guide us , my athletes performance in mens section is 100mtrs-10.43sec ,200mtrs-21.5sec ,
