The annual coach’s seminar for the Racers Track Club is now in high gear.
As they prepare for the London 2012 Olympics, coach Mills and his team of coaches, sit down for an intense and packed four days of serious planning. With the number of athletes increasing, it is important for all the coaches to learn not only the technical aspects of implementing the vision of Racers, but what it means to maintain the philosophy of Racers Track Club.
The training season starts on the first Monday in October and our team will certainly be ready.
