Kenroy Takes Sprint Double in France

Kenroy Anderson put in the best performance by a Racers athlete at the Meeting National de La Roche-sur-Yon in France on Wednesday 18 July, winning the men’s sprint double. He clocked 10.20 seconds (wind 0.0) to win the 100 metres and 20.54 (wind -1.4) to capture the 200 metres. He had been injured for much of the early season.

In the men’s 400 metres, Peter Matthews came fourth in 46.64 and Jermaine Gayle fifth in 46.66.
